Open Chair Policy At Dynamic Dental Care we are committed to providing you, our valued patients, with excellent quality and convenient dental services. In that regard, we ask for your cooperation by making every effort to keep scheduled reservation. We ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hour notice in the off chance you are not able to keep your reservation. However, we know that things do come up that make it impossible to keep scheduled reservation (i.e. sickness, transportation problems, and family emergencies). Cancelations due to inclement weather or hazardous driving condition are acceptable. In consideration of our other patients and our staff, please call as soon as possible if you know you be unable to keep your reservation. This policy is for new and existing patients. We will charge an open chair fee for all no show appointment and repeated cancellations. This fee will be assessed regardless of insurance type and payment is the responsibility of the patient, not the insurance company. Fee for missed appointment are as follows: Hygiene Open Chair Fee: $50 Doctor Open Chair Fee: $50 per hour Due to the high demand for reservations, we ask that these open chair fees be paid prior to any further reservations being made.
